Uses of Ranci T Tablet
Ranci T 20mg/40mg Tablet is used in the treatment of high blood pressure.

How to use Ranci T Tablet
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Ranci T 20mg/40mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

How Ranci T 20mg/40mg Tablet works
Ranci T 20mg/40mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Cilnidipine and telmisartan. Cilnidipine is a calcium channel blocker (CCB) and telmisartan is an angiotensin receptor blocker (ARB). They work by widening and relaxing the blood vessels, thereby lowering blood pressure.

Side Effects:

Common Altered taste, Ankle swelling, Headache, Dizziness, Weakness, Numbness of extremity, Nausea, Edema, Stomach upset, Diarrhoea, Flushing of skin, Increased potassium level in blood, Decreased blood pressure.
